Anjan Thakuria founded My Castle Homes on a simple conviction: a truly exceptional home must be engineered as thoughtfully as it is designed. His philosophy draws on decades of experience across critical energy infrastructure, aviation technology, regulatory oversight, and process improvement. During eight years with the Oil & Natural Gas industry, he managed engineering operations for gas compressor stations and natural-gas fields in a region exposed to high-intensity earthquakes—an environment where structural stability, system reliability, safety, and disciplined execution were non-negotiable. His later work with IT systems supporting airline flight operations reinforced the same principles: complex systems must be carefully integrated, rigorously tested, and protected by highly disciplined change management.
Today, Anjan brings these lessons to homebuilding. Together with the process rigor of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, they shape My Castle Homes’ inside-out approach—stronger structures, intelligently integrated systems, controlled execution, fewer defects, and quality built into every stage of construction.
